By - Avay Shukla

ABOUT THE BOOK
’An insider’s unbeatably funny and satirical look at India’s social and political culture.” – Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Member of Parliament, India
An uproariously funny, no-holds-barred tussle with India’s entire canvas:
- political culture and current affairs,

- the bureaucracy and governance,
- legal matters, social issues, societal peccadilloes, and
- anything else that can be lampooned.
From India’s funniest and most penetrating writer in English:
- 58 selected pieces,
- each only three to four pages in length,
- drawn from the period 2014 to 2020,
- giving you the low-down on all the things you never knew - or had forgotten to laugh about: Aadhar, Anger and its management, Animal Spirits, Black Money, Bribery, Budgets, Cows, Demonetisation, Economics, Encounters, GST, NPAs, South Delhi parties, Street Markets, and even nerd immunity and social distancing.
Our national foibles are treated with indulgent banter, our failures with wit and raillery of the highest order.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Avay Shukla became an “unserious writer” after retiring in December 2010 from the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) having reached the dizzying heights of Additional Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh. His crowning achievement? The establishment of two national parks. Having fallen in love with Himachal’s mountains and forests, he’s been foolish enough to trek to its remotest regions, documenting the lifestyles of the hardy villagers, as well as the local myths, legends and anecdotal trivia, resulting in his books, The Trails Less Travelled: Trekking the Himachal Himalayas and The Spectre of Choor Dhar: Tales from the Mountains. He amuses himself with passable bridge and bad golf.

BOOKS OF THE WEEK - SATURDAY, 12TH DECEMBER, 2020

GAZING EASTWARDS:
Of Buddhist Monks and Revolutionaries in China
Written by : J.K. Rowling

About the Book :
The Ickabog is coming... A mythical monster, a kingdom in peril, an adventure that will test two children's bravery to the limit. Discover a brilliantly original fairy tale about the power of hope and friendship to triumph against all odds, from one of the world's best storytellers.
The kingdom of Cornucopia was once the happiest in the world. It had plenty of gold, a king with the finest moustaches you could possibly imagine, and butchers, bakers and cheesemongers whose exquisite foods made a person dance with delight when they ate them.
Everything was perfect - except for the misty Marshlands to the north which, according to legend, were home to the monstrous Ickabog. Anyone sensible knew that the Ickabog was just a myth, to scare children into behaving. But the funny thing about myths is that sometimes they take on a life of their own.
Could a myth unseat a beloved king? Could a myth bring a once happy country to its knees? Could a myth thrust two children into an adventure they didn't ask for and never expected?
If you're feeling brave, step into the pages of this book to find out...
A beautiful hardback edition, perfect for sharing and gift-giving. Brought to life with full-colour illustrations by the young winners of The Ickabog Illustration Competition.

BOOKS OF THE WEEK - SATURDAY, 05 DECEMBER, 2020

GAZING EASTWARDS:
Of Buddhist Monks and Revolutionaries in China
Written by : Romila Thapar
About the Book :
Gazing eastwards is a lively and arresting account of Romila Thapar’s first visit to China in 1957. She went as a research Assistant to the Sri Lankan art historian Anil de Silva, and worked on two major Buddhist sites in maijishan and dunhuang. It was a period of deceptive calm in the country, just prior to traumatic events such as the cultural revolution and the great leap forward that churned and transformed Chinese society. Although China was changing with mao’s rise to power, much of the old ways remained. This being her first visit to East Asia, The author was greatly intrigued by the country, its culture, and its people during the months she spent there. Besides her work on the Buddhist sites that brought her to China, the author was able to travel to the historically important cities of Beijing, xi’an, nanking, and Shanghai, as also some small cities and villages of the Chinese hinterland. She travelled by plane, train, truck, and Automobile. Her curiosity led her to many meetings with a variety of people, great and small, as well as forays into the country art, music, culture, and religion. She ate the most unusual and delicious Chinese meals, and endorsed the claim that Chinese food is one of the world’s great cuisines. She delved into Chinese history, learnt how to play the era, heard the operas of diverse regions, shook hands with Chairman Mao, admired the grace and beauty of Chinese women, and tried to experience as much of Chinese society as she could. Her observations of her time in China provide the reader with a profound, funny, and constantly insightful look at one of the world’s oldest and most complex countries.
About the Author :
ROMILA THAPAR is Professor Emerita of History at the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She was elected General President of the Indian History Congress in 1983 and a Fellow of the British Academy in 1999.  His Holiness the Fourteenth Dalai Lama:
An Illustrated Biography
Written by : Tenzin Geyche Tethong
About the Book :
This beautifully illustrated chronicle presents an in-depth, first-hand narrative of the Dalai Lama’s life story and the Tibetan saga. From remembrances of those close to him, and a treasure trove of over 400 images of Tibetan visual heritage, it preserves a record of what it was like to create a nation from nothing, in exile, and how his Holiness rallied endlessly for his people. A rich blend of biography, history, and legacy, it captures a detailed account of the tumultuous events through which the Dalai Lama was forced to chart a path, leading to his emergence as an international figure. It illuminates as well his initiatives in the wider world to relieve suffering, overcome global challenges, and foster human flourishing through compassionate universal ethics, working hand-in-hand with Science and ingenuity. Tendzin Choegyal was thirteen years old when he accompanied his elder brother, the Dalai Lama – twenty three at the time – on his dangerous 1959 escape to India. Decades later, he began encouraging his lifelong personal friend, Tenzin Geyche Tethong – for forty years his Holiness’ personal aide – to record their people journey. As ‘elders’ in the Tibetan community, they have collaborated with photo archivist Jane Moore and a creative team to produce a memorable, comprehensive, and close-up portrait. It provides, in these uncertain times, an uplifting retrospective of an iconic leader, a heritage, a cause, and a creative vision that have won the attention and hearts of people around the world.
About the Author :
Tenzin Geyche Tethong has been a trusted companion and aide to His Holiness, the Fourteenth Dalai Lama, for over four decades and is part of a legacy of service; his own father was second in command of the Thirteenth Dalai Lama’s bodyguard and his forefathers were officially commended by the Dalai Lama for their service to Tibet. Born in 1943 in Lhasa, Tethong first joined the Tibetan administrative service in 1961 before being deputed to the Private Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama three years later. He served in the Private Office until retiring in 2007 as Secretary (English Section). As part of his role, he worked as the Dalai Lama’s personal assistant, accompanying him on several official international visits, including his meeting with Pope Paul VI at the Vatican in 1973, his historic first trip to America in 1979, and the Nobel Prize ceremony in Oslo in 1989. In addition, he was Deputy Director of the Department of Information and International Relations and also established its first Department of Health in the 1980s. This is the first time that he has written about his remarkable years as one of His Holiness’ closest aides.

BOOKS OF THE WEEK - SATURDAY, 21ST NOVEMBER, 2020

  A Promised Land
Written by : Barack Obama

About the Book :
A riveting, deeply personal account of history in the making-from the president who inspired us to believe in the power of democracy.
In the stirring, highly anticipated first volume of his presidential memoirs, Barack Obama tells the story of his improbable odyssey from young man searching for his identity to leader of the free world, describing in strikingly personal detail both his political education and the landmark moments of the first term of his historic presidency-a time of dramatic transformation and turmoil.
Obama takes readers on a compelling journey from his earliest political aspirations to the pivotal Iowa caucus victory that demonstrated the power of grassroots activism to the watershed night of November 4, 2008, when he was elected 44th president of the United States, becoming the first African American to hold the nation's highest office.
Reflecting on the presidency, he offers a unique and thoughtful exploration of both the awesome reach and the limits of presidential power, as well as singular insights into the dynamics of U.S. partisan politics and international diplomacy. Obama brings readers inside the Oval Office and the White House Situation Room, and to Moscow, Cairo, Beijing, and points beyond. We are privy to his thoughts as he assembles his cabinet, wrestles with a global financial crisis, takes the measure of Vladimir Putin, overcomes seemingly insurmountable odds to secure passage of the Affordable Care Act, clashes with generals about U.S. strategy in Afghanistan, tackles Wall Street reform, responds to the devastating Deepwater Horizon blowout, and authorizes Operation Neptune's Spear, which leads to the death of Osama bin Laden.
A Promised Land is extraordinarily intimate and introspective-the story of one man's bet with history, the faith of a community organizer tested on the world stage. Obama is candid about the balancing act of running for office as a Black American, bearing the expectations of a generation buoyed by messages of "hope and change," and meeting the moral challenges of high-stakes decision-making. He is frank about the forces that opposed him at home and abroad, open about how living in the White House affected his wife and daughters, and unafraid to reveal self-doubt and disappointment. Yet he never wavers from his belief that inside the great, ongoing American experiment, progress is always possible.
This beautifully written and powerful book captures Barack Obama's conviction that democracy is not a gift from on high but something founded on empathy and common understanding and built together, day by day.
About the Author :
Barack Obama was the 44th president of the United States, elected in November 2008 and holding office for two terms. He is the author of two previous New York Times bestselling books, Dreams from My Father and The Audacity of Hope, and the recipient of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize. He lives in Washington, D.C., with his wife, Michelle. They have two daughters, Malia and Sasha.

Red Fear: The China Threat
Written by : Iqbal Chand Malhotra
About the Book :
Red Fear: The China Threat catalogues, evaluates and infers the consequences of the political and military confrontations between India and China from the 15th to the 21st century.
Contrary to the glowing accounts in popular imagination of a congruence of values and interests between these two nations, the relationship has been confrontational and antagonistic at many levels throughout these last six centuries.
The lessons of history are hard to learn. Nevertheless, China seems to have learnt them better than India. It bided its time well and positioned itself to humiliate and denigrate India whenever possible as retribution for the perceived harm India and Indians did to its society and economy during the infamous Chinese century of humiliation between 1839 to 1940.
For India, today's post-Galwan situation is reminiscent of the challenge India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru faced in 1962 and the identical challenge India's 14th Prime Minister Narendra Modi faces in 2020. Vedic philosophy argues that time is cyclical, and not linear, and by this argument, the year 2020 completes a 60-year cycle that began in 1960. How Modi responds to this challenge will define India's relationship with China as well as its position in the world through the rest of the 21st century.
About the Author :
Iqbal Chand Malhotra has produced over 500 hours of television programming which have been telecast worldwide. He has directed three award-winning feature documentaries. He is a member of the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and has also served on the panel of Jurors for the Emmy's. Malhotra is the co-author of the bestseller Kashmir's Untold Story: Declassified. He has visited both China and Tibet. Currently, Malhotra is Chairman & Producer, AIM Television Pvt. Ltd.

Pandemonium: The Great Indian Banking Tragedy
Written by : Tamal Bandyopadhyay
About the Book :
In Pandemonium: The Great Indian Banking Tragedy, bestselling author Tamal Bandyopadhyay takes you in search for the answer. It is a definitive insider story on the rot in India’s banking system – how many promoters easily swapped equity with debt as bank managements looked the other way to protect their balance sheets, until the RBI began waging a war against ballooning bad loans. The same troubles quickly spilled over to India’s mushrooming non-banking financial companies, which were quick to spot the post-demonetisation easy liquidity and banks’ reluctance to lend, prompting them to make the cardinal sin of borrowing short to lend long.
What really ails public sector banks, the backbone of India’s financial system? Is it the government ownership itself, or how this owner actually behaves? And just when many were rooting for privatisation as a way out, powerful bankers such as Chanda Kochhar and Rana Kapoor exposed the soft underbelly of seemingly more efficient and profitable private banks of India.
A timely and insider look at dramatic forces reshaping banking in Asia’s third-largest economy, this book is a bird’s-eye view of Indian banking and also a fly-on-wall documentary. A must-read to understand contemporary India’s challenges and economic potential.
About the Author :
For the past 25 years, Tamal Bandyopadhyay has been a keen student of Indian banking. A lifelong reporter and journalist, he is an award-winning national business columnist and a bestselling author. He is widely recognised for ‘Banker’s Trust’, a weekly column whose unerring ability to anticipate and dissect major policy decisions in India’s banking and finance has earned him a large print and digital audience around the world. The column won Tamal the Ramnath Goenka Award for Excellence in Journalism (commentary and interpretative writing) for 2017. Banker’s Trust now appears in Business Standard, where he is a Consulting Editor.
Previously, Tamal has had stints with three other national business dailies in India, and was a founding member of Mint newspaper and Livemint.com. He is also a Senior Adviser to Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd. Between 2014 and 2018, as an adviser on strategy for Bandhan Bank Ltd, he had a ringside view of the first-ever transformation of a microfinance institution in India into a universal bank.
Author of five other books, Tamal is widely recognised as a contributor to the Oxford Handbook of the Indian Economy and Making of New India: Transformation Under Modi Government. In 2019, LinkedIn named him as one of the ‘most influential voices in India’.

Princestan: How Nehru, Patel and Mountbatten Made India
Written by : Sandeep Bamzai
About the Book :
In the run-up to independence, a vile plan was devised by a handful of powerful princes to not join either India or Pakistan. The plan was led by the Chancellor of the chamber of princes, Nawab of Bhopal, who was operating under the patronage of Mohd. Ali Jinnah, Lord wavell and British prime Minister Winston Churchill. The idea was to create a third dominion called princestan where the 565 princely states would stay outside the ambit of the two free states and retain paramountcy under the aegis of the departing British. The success of such a malevolent plan would have made the newly independent nation unstable and vulnerable. However, three persons stood in the way of the nefarious British plan to balkanize India. This is the hitherto untold story of how Jawaharlal Nehru, Lord Mountbatten and Sardar Patel battled the rulers of the princely states at every twist and turn to foil that cunning plan, even as the process of decolonization had begun.
About the Author :
SANDEEP BAMZAI is a news junkie, having worked across all major news platforms in positions of eminence for the last thirty-seven years. He began his career as a cricket writer with The Statesman in Kolkata. He has worked in Kolkata, Mumbai and New Delhi with the biggest media houses. He has also worked at The Indian Express, Illustrated Weekly, Business India, and Hindustan Times—a life he describes as a ‘fulfilling journey’. An alumnus of the prestigious St Columba’s in Delhi, he graduated in Economics from the University of Calcutta. BOOKS OF THE WEEK - SATURDAY, 17TH OCTOBER, 2020

Full Spectrum: India's Wars, 1972-2020
Written by : Arjun Subramaniam

About the Book :
The armed forces have played a key role in protecting India's sovereignty and raising its stature as a stable democracy and responsible regional power. Though the nation's soldiers, sailors and airmen occupy a special place in people's hearts, standard narratives of contemporary Indian history rarely cover the military dimension. In his first book, India's Wars: A Military History, 1947-1971, Arjun Subramaniam attempted to set this right by taking readers on a journey until the liberation of Bangladesh in 1971. Full Spectrum: India's Wars, 1972-2020 takes the story forward. It is a sweeping account of war and conflict in contemporary India over the past five decades. Covering every major operation that the armed forces have participated in - including insurgencies in the north-east, terrorism and proxy wars in Jammu and Kashmir, separatist violence in Punjab, the IPKF intervention in Sri Lanka, and the continued stress along the LoC and LAC - it fuses the strategic, operational, tactical and human dimensions of war and conflict into a racy narrative that reflects their changing character in modern times.
About the Author :
Arjun Subramaniam is a retired Air Vice Marshal from the Indian Air Force and an accomplished fighter pilot. Embarking on a second career as a military historian, academic and strategic analyst, he has taught at several universities. He is also the author of India's Wars: A Military History, 1947-1971. --This text refers to the hardcover edition.

The Ultimate Goal
How Nations and Intelligence Agencies Construct Narratives

By - Vikram Sood
About the Book :
n The Ultimate Goal, Vikram Sood, former chief of India's external intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW), explains 'the narrative' and how a country's ability to construct, sustain and control narratives, at home and abroad, enhances its strength and position. Intelligence agencies invariably play a critical role in this, an often-indispensable tool of statecraft.
A 'narrative' may not necessarily be based on truth, but it does need to be plausible, have a meaning and create a desired perception. During most of the twentieth century, intelligence agencies helped shape narratives favourable to their countries' agendas through literature, history, drama, art, music and cinema. Today, social media has become crucial to manipulating, countering or disrupting narratives, with its ability to spread fake news disinformation, and provoke reactions.
About the Author :
Vikram Sood, a career intelligence officer for thirty-one years who retired in March 2003 after heading the R&AW, is currently adviser at the Observer Research Foundation, an independent public-policy think tank based in New Delhi. He writes regularly on security, foreign relations and strategic issues in journals and newspapers and has contributed chapters related to security, China, intelligence and India's neighbourhood to books published in the last few years. His book, The Unending Game: A Former R&AW Chief's Insights into Espionage, was published in 2018.

 ECONOMICS FOR THE COMMON GOOD
By - Jean Tirole

About the Book
From Nobel Prize-winning economist Jean tirole, a bold new agenda for the role of economics in society when Jean tirole won the 2014 Nobel Prize in Economics, he suddenly found himself being stopped in the street by complete strangers and asked to comment on issues of the day, no matter how distant from his own areas of research. His transformation from academic economist to public intellectual prompted him to reflect further on the role economists and their discipline play in society. The result is economics for the common good, a passionate manifesto for a world in which economics, far from being a "dismal Science," is a positive force for the common good. Economists are rewarded for writing technical papers in scholarly journals, not joining in public debates. But tirole says we urgently need economists to engage with the many challenges facing society, helping to identify our key objectives and the tools needed to meet them. To show how economics can help us realize the common good, tirole shares his insights on a broad array of questions affecting our everyday lives and the future of our society, including global warming, unemployment, the post-2008 global financial order, the Euro crisis, the digital revolution, innovation, and the proper balance between the free market and regulation. Providing a rich account of how economics can benefit everyone, economics for the common good sets a new agenda for the role of economics in society.
About the Author
Jean Tirole, the winner of the 2014 Nobel Prize in Economics, has been described as one of the most influential economists of our time. He is chairman of the Toulouse School of Economics and of the Institute for Advanced Study in Toulouse and a visiting professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His many books include The Theory of Corporate Finance and Financial Crises, Liquidity, and the International Monetary System (both Princeton).

From Nobel Prize-winning economist and new York Times bestselling author Robert Shiller, a ground-breaking account of how stories help drive economic events—and why financial panics can spread like epidemic viruses in a world in which Internet troll farms attempt to influence foreign elections, can we afford to ignore the power of viral stories to affect economies? In this ground-breaking book, Nobel Prize-winning economist and new York Times bestselling author Robert Shiller offers a new way to think about the economy and economic change. Using a rich array of historical examples and data, Shiller argues that studying popular stories that affect individual and collective economic behavior—what he calls "narrative economics"—has the potential to vastly improve our ability to predict, prepare for, and lessen the damage of financial crises, recession, depression, and other major economic events. Spread through the public in the form of popular stories, ideas can go viral and move markets—whether it's the belief that tech stocks can only go up, that housing prices never fall, or that some firms are too big to fail. Whether true or false, stories like transmitted by word of mouth, by the news media, and increasingly by social media—drive the economy by driving our decisions about how and where to invest, how much to spend and save, and more. But despite the obvious importance of such stories, most economists have paid little attention to them. Narrative economics sets out to change that by laying the foundation for a way of understanding how stories help propel economic events that have had led to war, mass unemployment, and increased inequality. The stories people tell—about economic confidence or panic, housing booms, the American dream, or bitcoin—affect economic outcomes. Narrative economics explains how we can begin to take these stories seriously. It may be Robert Shiller's most important book to date.

The India Way: Strategies for an Uncertain World
By - S. Jaishankar

About the Book :
ISBN : 9789353579791
PRICE : Rs. 699.00
The decade from the 2008 global financial crisis to the 2020 coronavirus pandemic has seen a real transformation of the world order. The very nature of international relations and its rules are changing before our eyes. For India, this means optimal relationships with all the major powers to best advance its goals. It also requires a bolder and non-reciprocal approach to its neighbourhood. A global footprint is now in the making that leverages India's greater capability and relevance, as well as its unique diaspora. This era of global upheaval entails greater expectations from India, putting it on the path to becoming a leading power. In The India Way, S. Jaishankar, India's Minister of External Affairs, analyses these challenges and spells out possible policy responses. He places this thinking in the context of history and tradition, appropriate for a civilizational power that seeks to reclaim its place on the world stage.
About the Author :
S. Jaishankar has been India's Minister of External Affairs since May 2019. He is a member of the Rajya Sabha representing Gujarat. He was India's foreign secretary from 2015 to 2018. In a career spanning four decades in the Indian Foreign Service, he served as India's ambassador to China and the US, among other roles, and played an important part in the Indo-US civil nuclear deal.

Queeristan: LGBTQ Inclusion in the Indian Workplace
by - Parmesh Shahani

About the Book :
ISBN : 9789389648140     Rs. 699.00
The reading down of Section 377 by the Supreme Court in 2018 has led to a fundamental shift in the rights of India’s LGBTQ citizens and necessitated policy changes across the board—not least in the conservative world of Indian business.
In this path-breaking and genre-defying book, Parmesh Shahani—vice president at Godrej Industries Ltd—draws from his decade-long journey in the corporate world as an out and proud gay man, to make a cogent case for LGBTQ inclusion and lay down a step-by-step guide to reshaping office culture in India. He talks to inclusion champions and business leaders about how they worked towards change; traces the benefits reaped by industry giants like Godrej, Tata Steel, IBM, Wipro, the Lalit group of hotels and many others who have tapped into the power of diversity; and shares the stories of employees whose lives were revolutionised by LGBTQ-friendly workspaces.
In this affecting memoir-cum-manifesto, Shahani animates the data and strategy with intimate stories of love and family. Even as it becomes an expansive reference book of history, literature, cinema, movements, institutions and icons of the LGBTQ community, Queeristan drives home a singular point—in diversity and inclusion lies the promise of an equitable and profitable future, for companies, their employees and the society at large.
About the Author :
Parmesh Shahani is the founder of the award-winning Godrej India Culture Lab in Mumbai, which sparks conversations about the changing face of contemporary India. A passionate advocate for LGBTQ inclusion in the corporate world, he has guided many of the country’s leading companies on their inclusion journeys. He is a member of the FICCI taskforce on diversity and inclusion and a board member of Khoj International Artists’ Association. Parmesh holds an MS in Comparative Media Studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been a TED Senior Fellow, a Yale World Fellow and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. His first book, Gay Bombay: Globalization, Love and (Be)Longing in Contemporary India, was originally released in 2008 and re-released in 2020. This is his second book.

Who Killed Shastri?: The Tashkent Files
By - Vivek Agnihotri

About the Book :
ISBN : 9789388630597
Rs. 699.00
It was the time of the Cold War. After defeating Pakistan in the second biggest armed conflict since the Second World War, Indian Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri arrived in Tashkent, former USSR, to sign a peace accord. After days of extended negotiations, the peace agreement was signed between India and Pakistan in the presence of Alexei Kosygin, the USSR Premier.
Hours later, at 1.32 AM, Shastri died in his dacha. Abruptly. Mysteriously.
Soon after, his official Russian butler and the Indian cook attached to the Indian ambassador were arrested by the Ninth Directorate of the KGB under the suspicion of poisoning Shastri.
No post-mortem was done. No confession was achieved. There was no judicial enquiry ever. It's been 50 years since his death, and we still don't know the truth.
Was it really a heart attack?
Was he poisoned?
Did the CIA kill him?
Was it the KGB?
Was it a state-sponsored murder?
Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri along with his motley team of inexperienced assistants turned whistle-blowers investigate the mystery behind Shastri's death and find themselves in a mirror-world where all and everybody is suspect. But they cannot remain distant, for the painful story of India touches their own lives as they discover how the country was put up for sale.
About the Author :
Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri is an award-winning filmmaker, bestselling author and a free thinker. A former advertising man, he is a popular public speaker on sociopolitical issues, creative thinking and innovation at top global institutes. Vivek is an 'Indic Civilisation' crusader.

Vivek's latest film, The Tashkent Files, based on the mysterious death of Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri has been critically acclaimed.
Vivek's debut book Urban Naxals became the fastest-selling #1 bestseller. The term 'Urban Naxals' is now used as a legit term and is accepted as a political reality by political analysts, media and the Government of India.
He is married to National Award-winning actor Pallavi Joshi and has two children. Along with Pallavi, he runs an NGO-I Am Buddha Foundation-which mentors and trains disadvantaged youth in creative thinking. Vivek has been the recipient of several national and international awards.
